How the figures are calculated

We combine the five HDB resale-price CSV datasets, parse the transaction month, and calculate medians and quartiles by year, town and flat type. Price per square metre divides resale price by recorded floor area before aggregation.

Approval-date and registration-date series are preserved as supplied within the official collection. This product does not infer a valuation, repeat listing descriptions or publish a flat-level profile.
